My name is Lisa Ceselini. I have been a licensed cosmetologist since 1992. I moved to Nevada County in 2002 from Napa where I was born and raised. I specialize in hair color, haircuts and styling and esthetician services. I was a Medi Spa Esthetician in Napa for 5 years. I am also a Professional Lash Stylist and can help you transform your eyes with semi-permanent Eyelash Extensions. I also offer Tiger’s Eye Indian Clay Facials.
